NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Dr. Monroe for his dedication to the community and the Metro Urban Institute; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Saturday, May 12, 2018, to be “Dr. Johnnie Monroe Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
