To authorize the Director on behalf of the Department of Finance and Management to enter into a loan agreement and promissory note with Maryhaven Inc.to provide funding for operational support; to authorize the appropriation of $1,000,000.00 within the Opioid Recovery Fund; to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,000,000.00 from the Opioid Recovery Fund; and to declare an emergency.
