To authorize the Board of Health to enter into contract with Crosbys Drugs dba CDI Long Term Care, LLC for pharmaceutical distribution services for the period January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; to waive the competitive bidding requirements of the Columbus City Codes; to authorize the expenditure of $110,000.00 from the Health Department Grants Fund to pay the costs thereof; and to declare an emergency.
