To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract modification with Resource International for the Construction Administration/Construction Inspection Services 2023-2025 contract for the Blueprint Miller Kelton Newton Bedford Permeable Pavement and Newton Bedford Water Line Improvements projects; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of up to $1,222,060.49 from the Water Pollution Control Loan Fund and the Water Supply Revolving Loan Account Fund for the contract; and to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving loans for the project.
