To authorize the directors of the Department of Public Service and the Department of Finance and Management to terminate agreements with the Capital Crossroads Special Improvements District related to the maintenance of nonstandard improvements in the public right-of-way in downtown Columbus; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into a Master Maintenance Agreement with Safer Downtown, LLC for said improvements; and to declare an emergency.
