To authorize the Board of Health to enter into a contract with Imprivata, Inc., for software services for the period of February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2029, in an amount not to exceed $165,903.00; to authorize the expenditure of $165,903.00 from the Health Department Grant fund; to waive competitive bidding requirements; and to declare an emergency.
