To authorize the Board of Health to enter into a not-for-profit services contract with the Ohio State University Physicians, Inc., for specialized physician services for the Columbus Public Health Ben Franklin Tuberculosis Clinic for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026; to authorize the expenditure of $75,000.00 from the Health Department Grant Fund to pay the costs thereof; and to declare an emergency.
