NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby honor the sacrifices of the individuals who served and continue to serve our country, and thank the Lawrenceville Memorial Day Parade Association and the community who continue to hold the annual Parade; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Monday, May 28th, to be “Lawrenceville Memorial Parade Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
