Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works to apply for grant funding from the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Greenways Trails and Recreation Program (GTRP) to provide funding for the reconstruction of the Robert E. Williams community center located in the Robert E. Williams Memorial Park. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($250,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.
