NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Florence McNeil for her dedicated service to the City of Pittsburgh and her unselfish volunteerism; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare Tuesday, May 29, 2018, to be “Florence McNeil Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
