To authorize the Municipal Court Clerk to enter in a contract with AT&T Enterprises, LLC for the purchase of maintenance, support and services for phone service; to waive the competitive bidding provisions of Columbus City code; and to authorize the expenditure of $48,000.00 from the Municipal Court Clerk computer fund; and to declare an emergency.
