To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a grant agreement for mural painting and project coordination services on pump stations along the Olentangy River as set forth in the Scope of Services with Friends of the Lower Olentangy Watershed for the Divisions of Water Reclamation; and to authorize the expenditure of $50,300.00 from the Sewerage and Drainage Operating Fund.
