To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer of funds within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to appropriate funds within the Street and Highway Improvement Fund; to authorize the Director of Public Service to enter into a contract modification with Orchard, Hiltz & McCliment, Inc. dba OHM Advisors in connection with the Roadway - Livingston Avenue - Alum Creek Trail to James Road project; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $1,043,333.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund and the Street and Highway Improvement Fund to pay for the project.
