To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to modify the subrecipient agreements with Power a Clean Future Ohio and Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission for the Climate Pollution Reduction Grant, to authorize the transfer of $77,546.62 within the Electricity Grant Fund, and to authorize the expenditure of $85,000.00 from the Electricity Grant Fund.
