To authorize an appropriation of $150,000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the General Government Grant Fund to the Division of Police; to authorize and direct the Director of Public Safety to enter into an agreement with The Ohio State University for the OSU-CPD Crime Interdiction Security Initiative; and to declare an emergency.
