To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept grant funds from The Ohio State University in the amount of $47,174.00 and any additional funds for the OSU SUD Intervention Grant program following receipt of executed agreement; to authorize the appropriation of $47,147.00, and any additional funds awarded from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the OSU SUD Intervention Grant program; and to declare an emergency.
