To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Service and the Director of Recreation and Parks to terminate the current agreements with Columbus Downtown Development Corporation related to the maintenance of artistic cabinet wraps in the public right-of-way; and to authorize the Director of Public Service and the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into a Master Maintenance Agreement with Columbus Downtown Development Corporation for said features.
