To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to exercise and option to renew the contract for year two (2) and to add funding in the amount of $150,000.00, with Damron Barry M dba Above Sound and Lighting for Audio, Video, Lighting and Stage Production Services for the 2026 Jazz and Rib Fest and CBUS Soul Fest; to authorize the expenditure of $150,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Operating Fund.
