To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to execute those documents necessary to enter into a reimbursement agreement with the Franklin County Engineer’s Office to relocate an eight-inch water main near the Seventeenth Avenue and Interstate 670 area; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $125,000.00 from the Water Bond Fund.
