NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby commend Elaine Ashcom for her years of service to Pittsburgh’s students and wishes her the best during retirement. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh does hereby declare June 5, 2018 to be “Elaine Ashcom Day” in the City of Pittsburgh.
